Today's letter to cbc:

Instead of what we hear now at 2 p.m. weekdays, couldn't we hear "ideas", "C'est la Vie", "Global Village", "Dispatches", "The Arts Tonight", and "Wiretap"? Even "outfront", and "between the covers" would be easier to listen to.

As you are already repeating portions of "sounds like canada" and "the current" in "night time review" I can't see why this would not be possible.

I would prefer not hearing repeated programs at all, but at least I can watch "this hour has 22 minutes", "airfarce", or "rick mercer" (etc.) at night.

As well, several cbc television shows could easily be aired as radio shows, often without any effort.

I hope that you will consider these suggestions.

today's other letter:

bunny watson was a decent show, if only it had been given a decent timeslot.
